Q: I'm not sure what my skin needs and what to pick from your service menu!​

A: No worries! For first-time clients we do a skin analysis where we discuss your skincare goals and we will design and customize a facial that suits your needs! 


​Q: I have sensitive skin - can I still get a facial?

A : Absolutely! If you are dealing with acne, rosacea, anti-aging or are wanting glow or all of the above, we specifically customize a facial for your skins special needs. we use Moor Spa and Bion products which are 100% natural source. Your comfort is my number one priority.


Q: How long will your facial results last for?

A: When you first get a facial, the process of cellular rejuvenation kick-starts into action and lasts for 30 days.


​Q: How often should I get a facial?

A: For optimal results, regular facial maintenance should be performed every 4 to 6 weeks.


​Q: Are Your products Natural?

A: Yes! We pride ourselves on providing treatments that are natural, safe and results-driven

Etiquette & Policies

Spa Etiquette: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment for preparation. 


Parking: Street parking is available. There are plenty of spots in the area. Please give yourself extra time to find our location and a parking spot.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requires 24 hours notice in order to avoid a fee (100% of your service booked will be owed)

Refund Policy:  Unopened products can be exchanged or refunded with 14 days of purchase* some exceptions may apply
